Nathaniel Derosena
Nathaniel was born, raised and still resides in Brooklyn, NY. He was born to Haitian parents and raised in the Flatbush section of the borough. He has established a notable presence in the fields of media & sports analysis. He holds a bachelor's degree in media & communications from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, where he honed his skills in communications and journalism. Nathaniel has contributed to various platforms, including SLAM Magazine, where he wrote about basketball and shared insights on current sports topics. His portfolio also includes work for Rotoballer, where he focused on fantasy sports, providing in-depth analysis and advice for sports enthusiasts. Additionally, Nathaniel showcases a commitment to enhancing digital content & storytelling, reflecting a versatile background that bridges both educational foundations and practical media experience.
Tiffany Judge
Tiffany was born and raised in Florida. She moved to New York in 2019 to attend college at The New School, where she received her bachelor's degree in screen studies at the Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts with minors in journalism and photography. She has worked as an assistant director, editor, and production assistant for multiple student thesis short films. Her portfolio includes photography and video editing for a New York nonprofit, as well as work in the art department and production assistance for several productions and events. Her independent work focuses on gender, reproductive studies, and sexuality. Telling stories about developing identities and challenging perspectives through multiple interdisciplinary mediums, she encourages conversations that critique history and incentivize educational and structural change.
Josiah Scott Jr.
Josiah, a Brooklyn, NY native, holds a bachelor's degree in criminology from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, where he joined the Mu Omicron chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. in the spring of 2009. He later earned his Pro Tools certification from the SAE Institute for Audio Engineering in Manhattan, gaining expertise in various audio equipment and techniques. After interning at several studios, he built relationships with studio owners and audio engineers, which helped him secure client bookings across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. Josiah worked his way up from backup intern to assistant engineer and eventually studio manager at notable studios like FightKlub and IMI Studios. As he became a husband and father, he sought a better work-life balance while continuing to engage in audio engineering, focusing on live sound setups for events and AV projects.
Mateo
Mateo is a well-traveled ronin who has traded his sword for soundbites, becoming a master in the art of music production. With an exceptional ear for music and a deep understanding of its many dialects, he believes that music is a universal language that can transcend boundaries, connecting people from all walks of life. As the current director of music production at SoChlo Productions LLC, Mateo is dedicated to harmonizing the sound of SoChlo with the unique needs of each client. His passion for crafting tailored audio experiences ensures that every project resonates uniquely, bringing visions to life through carefully curated sounds. For Mateo, every sound is a unique story waiting to be told. By learning and embracing the diverse spectrum of musical styles, he continually refines his craft, making each journey in sound worth pursuing. With his expertise and creativity, Mateo is poised to lead SoChlo Productions to new auditory heights that it has never reached before, creating unforgettable sonic landscapes that resonate with audiences everywhere.
Taylor 'Remy' Rembert
Remy was born and raised in New York City, growing up in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. His creative journey began early; while still in high school, he completed a pre-college graphic design program at Cooper Union. After that, he served six years in the United States Air Force, where his passion for photography took root during his time stationed in Seattle. Since then, he has continued to build his skills through studies in media and script analysis at The New School, and currently through Animation & Motion Graphics at BMCC. As a photographer and videographer, Remy is driven by storytelling — bringing a sharp eye for composition, detail, and visual impact to every project he takes on.
Camren McMath
Camren McMath, a Chicago native, brings a wealth of experience and a creative spark to his role as chief operating officer at SoChlo Productions LLC. After migrating west to Seattle, Camren honed his skills at the Art Institute of Seattle, earning a bachelor's degree in fashion merchandise and marketing. This foundation not only fueled his passion for the arts but also equipped him with the tools necessary to make meaningful connections within the local arts and non-profit sectors. Over the past 12 years, Camren has established himself as a key player in operations, specializing in automation, process improvement, web development, and design. In recent years, he has embraced the potential of artificial intelligence to further enhance organizational effectiveness. His unique blend of creativity and analytical skills has made him an invaluable asset in enhancing SoChlo Productions' operational efficiency and strategic growth. With a deep commitment to community and the arts, Camren uses his extensive knowledge and experience to identify innovative solutions that drive progress at SoChlo Productions.
